On a closer view, though it looks very much like a seagull, I'm still convinced it's a white pigeon.. Because I want to believe so

experts have recently unanimously decided that apparently a bird is of whatever type or specie that you as the observer decide.
thus it possible for a single specimen to have belongings in several familae of birds.
this is obviously a pigeon dove.
